English: Fully automatic digital three-knife book trimmer (digital three-side cutter for short) is an intelligent post-press trimming equipment for digital quick printing and short-run on-demand printing. It trims three raw edges (head, tail and front edge) of perfect-bound, thread-sewn and hardcover books in one pass while keeping the book spine intact. Equipped with full servo numerical control, barcode auto setup and JDF workflow connection, it solves the drawbacks of traditional three-knife trimmers such as slow job change, manual sizing and low precision, supporting single-book batch production.

二、工作流程（全自动无需人工干预）Fully Automatic Working Process

1. 待裁胶装书堆放入料台，自动书本输送，完成自动裁切。

English: Stack bound books to be trimmed on the feeding table; automatic book conveying and full automatic trimming.

2. 扫码识别书本二维码 / 读取 JDF 工单，伺服自动调整长宽厚裁切尺寸；无码则触摸屏输入成品尺寸。

English: Scan book QR code or read JDF work order; servo system automatically adjusts trimming length, width and thickness. If no code is available, input finished sizes via touch screen.

3. 机械夹书定位、压力均匀压紧书本，避免书脊压裂、纸张滑移。

4. 三刀同步 /依次裁切天头、地脚、书口三边。
