QS100C-数码三面切书机是根据数码印刷行业书籍加工生产特性而开发出的一款自动化裁切设备，采用了德国西门子数控系统，实现全智能化控制，只需输入你想要的参数，德国西门子的高速 CPU数控系统就会自动完成所有参数设定，而且，它的气动系统采用德国SMC 控制，这能极大保证设备的稳定性和裁切精度，让每一次裁切都无误。

As an automated cutting device developed specifically for the book finishing production  characteristics  of the  digital  printing  industry,  the QS100C Digital Three-Side Book Trimmer utilizes  a  German  Siemens numerical control system to achieve fully intelligent control. By simply inputting the desired parameters, the high-speed CPU numerical control system  from  Siemens   automatically  completes  all  parameter  settings. Additionally, its pneumatic system employs German SMC controls, which greatly  ensures  the   stability  and  cutting  precision   of the  equipment, making each cut accurate and flawless.

1 、通过彩色触摸屏，输入裁切成品尺寸，快速准确的将规矩调整到位。

2 、根据预设的书本数据，采用伺服电机控制，可以调整传送速度和行程，定位书本位置，保证一致的裁切质量。

3 、伺服电机驱动丝杆压紧书本，扭矩可控可调，压力可达 50KN ，满足高品质裁切要求。

4 、采用机床树脂砂铸件高强度机身，独特的导向运动设计，摆动式裁切，确保机器裁切书本的锋利。

5 、QS100-C 数码三面切书机所有伺服电机、PLC、触摸屏等均采用德国西门子电气系统。

6 、操作裁切过程可一人完成裁切，裁切的成品书可自动返回工作台，也可以连续裁切。

1.  Input the finished cutting dimensions through the color touchscreen to quickly and accurately adjust the equipment to the desired settings.

2.  Based on the preset book data, the equipment uses servo motor control to adjust the feeding speed and stroke, precisely positioning the book to ensure consistent cutting quality.

3.  The servo motor drives the screw to press the book, with controllable and adjustable torque. The maximum pressure can reach 50KN, meeting high-quality cutting requirements.

4.  The machine body is made of resin sand castings, featuring a unique

guide  motion  design  and  a  swinging  cutting  mechanism  to  ensure  the sharpness and accuracy of the cuts.

5.  All servo motors, PLCs, and touchscreens used in the QS100C Digital Three-Side  Book  Trimmer  are  from  the  German   Siemens  electrical system.

6.  The  cutting  process  can  be  operated  by  a   single  person,  with  the finished books automatically returning to the worktable or allowing for continuous cutting.
